Post Fire Machining
Through our satellite facility, Oasis Precision in Rocklin CA., Oasis has the capabilities to post-fire machine precision features into our AlN ceramic heaters. Tight tolerances and unique geometries are available through our experienced machining staff using conventional and CNC controlled grinding equipment in sizes up to 16” diameter and lengths to 24”.
Ceramic Diamond Machining
Oasis Material's subsidiary, Oasis Precision in Rocklin, California can fabricate tight tolerance alumina, zirconia, sapphire, quartz and other ceramic components in size ranges up to 8” diameter by 6” long. Standard shapes include rods, tubes, crucibles, washers and wear pads. More complicated geometries are also available and we will be glad to work with you to turn your design into reality.

Oasis has a fully integrated manufacturing capability including design, thermal modeling, tape casting. multi-layer tape green processing, green machining of complex shapes, firing, lapping and dicing, brazing, laser welding, plating, assembly, and testing capabilities to produce high performance and high-temperature heaters.
Oasis now has 102+ employees and occupies approximately 60,000 square feet of the facility.
